Tags:

Have you ever been in the “zone”? That place where you are at peak performance, and have left all your thoughts, worries & concerns behind you and are simply focused on your goal? Most of us can say “no” or maybe once or twice in our lives. Wouldn’t it be great if you could learn the necessary techniques to create, or recreate, that state of mind?

Whether you are a professional or amateur athlete, an employee of a corporation or a student, there is a technique that has been around for twenty years, and used by athletes in the know. It’s been a well kept secret since it provides the user with a measurable edge over their competitors.

The technique is called “HeartMath” and was developed in California. Today, Bob “Kingpin” Eres spoke to Anna Hemmings, MBE, of Beyond the Barriers about her company’s use of HeartMath to help athletes achieve peak performance. Anna is a six time world champion Kayaker and a two time Olympian who wished she had known about HeartMath when she was looking for the edge. Listen to Anna describe HeartMath, and how it’s been used by NASA & the U.S. Army, as well as by athletes. Not only is today’s show intriguing; it will motivate you to learn more about this well kept secret. You can gather more information on HeartMath by visiting www.beyondthebarriers.co.uk.
