Trading started early for the Diamondbacks this off season. Kevin Towers, one of the smartest GM’s in the MLB, made a series of moves last Saturday.
First, trading Chris Young, Center Field, to Oakland for SS Pennington. This makes room for Adam Eaton who should be the starting Center Fielder in 2013.
The Dbacks also picked up Heath Bell, relief pitcher from the Miami Marlins.
