Starter Brandon McCarthy allowed 2 runs in 4.0 innings with 6 strikeouts, while Brad Ziegler, Matt Reynolds and Tony Sipp each tossed 1.0 perfect inning each. Miguel Montero, Wil Nieves and Gerardo Parra also collected 2 hits.
